Built in 1924, this Spanish Colonial structure has been lovingly reimagined with contemporary Southern flair, creating a true blend of history and modernity.

Reminiscent of small hotels scattered across Europe and a dramatic departure from the typical steel and glass buildings of Midtown Atlanta, this low-rise four-story Spanish Colonial standout boasts modern touches and detailed design that seamlessly blends the past with the present, inviting guests to uncover a century of stories. The stucco façade, red-tile roof, and inviting open-air courtyard of the historic landmark building create an urban oasis that includes a lush, landscaped courtyard.

The hotel’s “Spanish Bohemian meets Southern Charm” design is fully realized by such classic old-world elements as terracotta floors, deep rustic greens, bright blues and yellows, and defining archways.

A standout feature of Hotel Granada is its curated art collection, produced in collaboration with the Savannah College of Art and Design. The hotel’s décor also highlights the craftsmanship of local artisans, including Katie Troisi Pottery, whose emerald catch-all bowls and unique Waffle House books add character to the guestrooms. The rooms also embody Spanish architecture’s rich heritage and captivating charm through a delightful fusion of luxurious textured finishes, brass fixtures, and cool color palettes.
