Baroque ornamentation and Moorish detailing abound, with arched passageways leading one through place and time.
A 1928-built Spanish Colonial Revival building and a contemporary new-build are linked by a suspended bridge. The two buildings are architecturally disparate yet aesthetically harmonious, and when taken together, the Y-shaped property optimizes the ocean breezes and sunlight. Highlights include an indoor-outdoor rooftop playground unlike any other in the city; and an 11-foot stone arch.
