The architects at Millimeter and designers at R.O.O.M. transformed the structure into a stylish shrine to seafaring, reminiscent of the American seaside city of Newport. Equipped with its own pier, Hotel J is set among stately oaks and pines, with an enchanting view over the marina and the lively boat life on the sea.

History Summer house
J’s Tornvilla bar was Fredlundh’s prestigious summer residence with over 20 rooms and three kitchens. Two World Wars came and went, the residence changed owners and was turned into housing for several families. Eventually it was deserted in the early 1980s. It’s current renovation was completed in 2011.
