Architecture Toni Esteva
The estate’s restoration was undertaken with great respect for the original Mallorcan architecture and landscape. The lobby and reception are in the main house, the “Possessió” building, which is designed with whitewashed walls and natural elements like stone, wood, and linens. The outdoor spaces surrounding the hotel were conceived so that guests can walk barefoot, allowing one to connect deeply with the natural surroundings.
Interior design Toni Esteva
Rooms are minimalistic and purely Mediterranean, maintaining the original essence of the old finca. The design intention is to create a sense of calm, allowing guests to reconnect with themselves and nature. Stone, wood, and natural elements, like plants and gravel, are at the heart of this approach. Here, too, you will find a collection of works by both international and local artists, such as Hiroshi Kitamura, Miquel Barceló, Joan Miró, and Pere Ignasi.
Well-being Mind, body, and soul
Each morning, guests are invited to join a 30-minute guided meditation, followed by a 60-minute yoga class. Also on offer are curated spa treatments, water treatments, a sun-shaded, Technogym-equipped fitness tent, and more.
Workshops Hands and heart
From Mallorcan basket weaving and clay art therapy to sound healing, yoga, and breathwork, each workshop offers a path to creativity, relaxation, and self-awareness. Guided by skilled practitioners, participants immerse themselves in nature, explore local heritage, and work to find inner balance.
Food & Drink Back to the origins
Inspired by the origins of Mediterranean cuisine from Mesopotamia to Egypt, the restaurant honors tradition through seasonal dishes crafted with local, organic ingredients. With a deep respect for producers and nature’s rhythms, Beni Axir invites guests to dine under the stars and sense the rich past of the land.
Destination Nature, nature everywhere
With scenic trails perfect for relaxed hikes and bike rides—less demanding than the Tramuntana—and close proximity to unspoiled beaches like Cala Torta and Cala Mitjana, the setting invites exploration. Just minutes away, the village of Artà charms with artisan shops, cozy eateries, and local galleries the hotel proudly partners with.
