Housed in a 15th-century Black Friar’s Convent, the hotel is a unique blend of the monastic and the contemporary.

Saved, fully refurbished, and updated by the Hospes Design Team, Amérigo greets guests with a stunning historic façade of old stones that are also present throughout the hotel. The modern lobby gleams with polished white marble and glass surfaces, but the past is present again in the wrought-iron Juliet balconies and arched neo-gothic windows outside.
