Torre de Palma’s hallmark is its boutique winery, which symbolizes the estate’s wine culture. Here, one finds small marble presses that help realize the estate’s seven varietals, all born from traditional artisanal techniques and a light clay that is influenced by the harsh climate of the São Mamede hills. The Torre de Palma winery is open for tours and tastings, as well as wine and food events.
