The low-rise hotel structure occupies a prime location—next to the stark white windmills that are the island’s trademark.
Vois Architects worked alongside designer Cosmosanima to reimagine this historic building, which was originally crafted by renowned, postmodern architect Aris Konstantinidis and is protected by the Greek Ministry of Culture. Clean lines, bright airy spaces, and soft linens offset the building’s original stone and marble elements and strong linear rhythm.
Interior design A daring makeover
To reflect Mykonos’ effortless chic, Cosmosanima chose colors that resonate with the natural landscape, sculptural shapes, soft textures, and organic linens.
The 37 elegant bedrooms, eight deluxe suites, and four signature suites with private pools exude a cocoon-like serenity, while warm accents of wood and terracotta and contemporary bespoke pieces of furniture complete the scene. The carefully chosen objet d’art pair well with the timelessness of the design.
