Interior design K-Studio
For the interiors, K-Studio looked to the Athenian modernist movement that characterizes the 1930s-era structure...
incorporating terrazzo floors, slim black-metal frames, marble furniture elements, and glass-brick walls. The hotel also features custom-made furniture and lighting. In the guestrooms, a pastel palette and gray and dark green flooring provide the perfect canvas for wooden desks, brass details, and curved brass tubes and black metal pipes.
Architecture K-Studio
A modernist structure from the 1930s, the hotel has undergone a startling conversion.
With Perianth, the architects tackled the building’s trapezoid shape by having short corridors in a radial disposition that connect the guestrooms to a wide space in the core of each floor. Here, glass walls allow light to enter from the shaft of the building into the lounge areas.
