Forward-thinking recipes transform traditional plates into soul food, with dairy and meat from nearby mountains and meadows. After an afternoon of skiing, hiking, or relaxing in the sauna, replenish yourself with a pre-dinner drink on the deck surrounding the ponds, before feasting on plates championing local produce and traditional fare with a twist. Manna also boasts an apothecary-style bar that serves a wide selection of malt whiskies and spirits from international and Greek producers. A customized blend of coffee beans are roasted specifically for Manna by an artisanal roastery.
