Housed in a 100-year-old building revamped by local architects Hild and K, the Louis combines the modern with the Baroque.
The neatly arranged high room windows with French balconies give the façade a modern feel while the stucco profiles around the windows are reminiscent of Baroque style. Huge vertical letters in plaster relief announce “hotel”, informing those from afar of its proud purpose.

Guestrooms feature custom-made furniture that is surprising, like closets that are influenced by suitcase designs...
and Gentleman’s Bars filled with custom-bottled spirits. Bronze door handles complement walnut bed frames and local timbers offset regional natural stones. Standing lamps and wall lights shed a warm glow on oiled oak floors, handmade desks, and Italian fabric fittings. Mattresses by Sembella are made of natural rubber.
