The cozy rooftop floor bar follows the aesthetic of the 11 rooms with a spacious industrial style.
The happy mix of furniture include velvet-covered benches and sofas as well as signature lighting by well-known Lebanese design firm PSLAB. The pure white rooms feature exposed concrete slabs along the ceilings, while throughout the hotel an industrial feel is mixed with modern and Scandinavian influences. Fabrics by Danish company Kvadrat and furniture by ClassiCon & Thonet complement the oak floors.
Architecture Arnold/Werner
From post office to post-industrial, the 1970s-built structure sports an austerely gray façade and high concrete ceilings.
Located in one of Munich’s most vibrant districts, Glockenbach, the building was a former post office and its façade has been left unchanged. The local architects worked with the rather high ceilings to create 11 light-filled loft studios on the third floor. Attention to detail entails that the staircase was fashioned in the same industrial, loft-like style of the rest of the building.
