The Wallace Workshop and the modular living room are two interconnected yet distinct areas under a large glass roof. The modular living room features a cozy lounge area with a sofa and two armchairs, while the Wallace Workshop is a separate meeting room divided by glazed panels; it can be fully curtained for privacy.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace with views of the Eiffel Tower, complete with a Nordic hot bath and outdoor sauna—a rare find in the city. In summer, the space becomes a laid-back spot for drinks and small Italian plates.
