Celajes serves farm-to-table cuisine and cocktails made with organic ingredients from the hotel’s gardens and farm. Seasonal menus highlight edible plants, artisanal fermentations, and creative plant-based options that reflect the “Art of Nature,” while sustainable ingredients pay homage to Costa Rica's agrarian traditions. Cervecería Belmar offers a more casual approach while staying true to hotel's farm-to-table concept and culinary philosophy, also using fresh ingredients from its gardens. The menu is inspired by global street food but reinterpreted with the hotel's own identity. Overlooking a picturesque pond, The Belmar Tap Room & Beer Garden is a space to enjoy artful brews and seasonal ales, all crafted onsite with the purest cloud forest spring water, as well as excellent wines, cocktails, and a delicious offering of sandwiches, burgers, tacos, and other bites.

The Chalet building features two dedicated meeting rooms: one smaller space for private gatherings and a larger room designed for workshops or small conferences. The larger room includes a dramatic floor-to-ceiling window facing east that opens onto the forest and floods the space with natural light. Both rooms offer flexible furniture arrangements and a tranquil atmosphere that supports professional use, intimate events, and creative retreats.

The hotel hosts artist residencies, welcoming creators from around the world. It also as an on-property boutique shop, La Tienda Belmar, that offers artisanal products crafted on the property's farm, including granola, sauces, jams, pickles, hot sauces, cheese, and local souvenirs.
