With a terraced design, the hotel integrates science, wellness, and nature into an architectural space that blends perfectly into the landscape.

Engaging in dialogue with its surroundings, the structure merges contemporary forms with natural materials and open, breathable layouts, ensuring that the hotel is not a retrofit but a purpose-built canvas for stillness, clarity, and sensorial experience. Every space was designed to embody the values of regenerative hospitality. Generous natural light, tactile materials, and fluid layouts shape an environment that feels both expansive and intimate, with exposed concrete and glass highlighting modernity and transparency, wood and natural finishes providing warmth, and green walls and landscaped terraces defining a sustainability-drive approach to hospitality.

Minimalist, calming, and intentional, every space is designed to support well-being, blending innovation with nature and creating an atmosphere of balance and renewal.

The material palette is guided by tactility, light, and longevity. Soft matte oak, hand-finished ceramics, and stones in muted earth tones anchor the rooms with a grounded presence. Natural linens and woven fibers introduce breathability and warmth, while subtle metal accents add a quiet rhythm of reflection. Nothing is polished or synthetic. Every surface is chosen to age gracefully, to invite touch and modulate light in ways that slow the pace of experience. The color palette is not decorative but emotional, designed to hold space for stillness and leaning towards soft neutrals, such as sand, clay, linen, and mist, punctuated by the occasional deep charcoal or bronze detail. Together, these choices create a sensorial atmosphere of clarity and calm.
