A discrete yet bold presence in this old part of Sofia, the newly constructed building is a testament to minimalist architecture.
Floor-to-ceiling windows on each of the hotel’s six floors bathe the interiors in light, which itself reflects off a classic façade made from local limestone comprised of tiny fossilized marine organisms that offer up a snapshot of prehistoric life. Small balconies off each room and a terrace on the roof invite guests to feel at one with the city.

The interiors are richly defined by wood, black stainless steel, brass, oak and teak flooring, woven carpets, and black leather, with a color palette influenced by natural earth patterns and shapes.
Presenting handmade furniture from distinguished studios, custom-made fabrics and an abundance of leather, Junó’s interiors make for a warm and inviting stage. But art treasures crafted by the eminent sculptor Pavel Koychev and world-renowned local artist Tatiana Harizanova steal the show.
