In the simplicity of Interior Design Laboratorium’s projects, one can always sense a quiet luxury emanating from the flawless functional design and the excellent quality of materials. The Athens-based studio was founded by Stamos Hondrodimos in 2009 and has since been giving a voice to modern Greek interiors rooted in sun-soaked isles.
Stamos Hondrodimos
Projects in extraordinary locations in Greece such as Santorini, Paros, and Kythira islands.
Modern sanctuaries inspired by the stripped splendor of Cycladic design, the purity of island life, and Mediterranean sunlight.
Designs that tell a story inspired by the region’s history and its people, as well as the local architecture and surroundings.
Hondrodimos formed his own firm, following a brief position in fashion designer Lakis Gavalas’s atelier. His portfolio includes set design for H&M.

While traveling, one thing that always inspires me, is the design and architecture of monasteries.
