In a nutshell, we are looking for an agency minded rockstar with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion 
for travel, and eagle eye to detail. This person understands how to effectively manage creative and digital teams, bring their work together seamlessly, enjoys client management and demands, and overall has a passion for data and performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow in house agency
  • Build strong hotel owner and client relationships 
  • Drive client engagement to secure new business and maintain and grow existing business
  •  Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead cross-departmental project teams to deliver on scope, time, and budget
  • Align client objectives with brand strategies for maximum impact
  • Identify and capitalize on design, lifestyle, fashion, and hospitality market trends for continuous business growth

Experience & Mindset

  • Key representative for the brand with the ability to sell and negotiate with a confident yet influential approach.
  • Act as the client’s representative to ensure its demands are met, with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Understanding and ability to learn agile website development processes, including UX/UI principles, to effectively guide creative and technical teams
  • Tailor presentations and proposals to client needs
  • Negotiate agency-related contracts including financial controlling
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary client contact
  • A “can do” attitude understanding client time and time zones

Degree / Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in an Account and/or Project Management role, preferably within an agency
  • Expert at communicating with business owners ensuring alignment with their vision and business
  • Bachelors degree within Digital Project or Brand Management, Fashion, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar
  • Experience in managing Lifestyle and Design projects, ensuring cohesive brand representation and creative innovation across various channels
  • Successful background of working directly with clients across global locations
