The Brand Management team creates meaningful moments, innovative and unexpected initiatives to add long term value for our brand and community. We want to be a powerful source for inspiration and a strong and desirable brand that connects like-minded people through valuable and tasteful content. Events and various brand campaigns such as Arena*, Further and Made by Originals play a main role to achieve these expectations and shall lead the way to more brand visibility, community engagement and a strong brand recognition.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Co-developing innovative event concepts that match the Design Hotels B2B and B2C goals in collaboration with the Creative Director and the Design Hotels' creative team
- Event planning and hands-on production for various events such as Arena* and Further, incl. on-site event execution
- Coordinating event communication on all Design Hotels channels, pre-and post-event
- Supervising and coordinating production processes (incl. budgeting) for the brand campaign Made by Originals
- Overseeing and developing a worldwide pool of potential photographers and creatives in collaboration with the Creative Director and the Design Hotels creative team
- Managing and coordinating campaign briefings for hotels, production & photo teams created by the Art Director
- Constant development and improvement of production processes for all brand campaigns
- Leading and developing the Brand Management intern
Experience & Mindset
- Key representative for the brand with the ability to sell and negotiate with a confident yet influential approach.
- Act as the client’s representative to ensure its demands are met, with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Understanding and ability to learn agile website development processes, including UX/UI principles, to effectively guide creative and technical teams
- Tailor presentations and proposals to client needs
- Negotiate agency-related contracts including financial controlling
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary client contact
- A “can do” attitude understanding client time and time zones
Degree / Experience
- 5+ years of experience in an Account and/or Project Management role, preferably within an agency
- Expert at communicating with business owners ensuring alignment with their vision and business
- Bachelors degree within Digital Project or Brand Management, Fashion, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar
- Experience in managing Lifestyle and Design projects, ensuring cohesive brand representation and creative innovation across various channels
- Successful background of working directly with clients across global locations
