In a nutshell
As Coordinator Distribution Technology you are a motivated and detail-oriented support to our member hotels in enhancing their online presence through effective use of distribution systems. You are part of a team that ensures optimal connectivity and content consistency across various channels to help hotels maintain their distribution systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist member hotels in maintaining and optimizing SynXis and MARSHA CRS
- Conduct system training for new and existing member hotels on CRS, interfaces, and booking engines
- Monitor and manage connectivity and performance across distribution channels linked to CRS
- Collaborate with hotels on loading rates across various distribution systems
- Support hotels in implementing rate strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels
- Conduct audits and system health checks to maintain distribution system integrity
Experience & Mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with SynXis or MARSHA CRS and online travel agency platforms is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Effective communication skills in English (other languages a bonus) and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving technology
