We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Digital Marketing CRM & Services Manager to join our Marketing team in Berlin.

This role is ideal for a digitally savvy individual with a strong interest in CRM, marketing automation, and client-focused digital marketing services. You will help strengthen Design Hotels’ CRM performance while supporting our member hotels with high-quality digital marketing solutions that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Objective

The Digital Marketing CRM & Services Manager will develop, execute, and optimize CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement across Design Hotels™ channels. In addition, the role will support the sale, delivery, and management of digital marketing services for our member hotels — ensuring consistent, data-driven, and brand-aligned execution.

Working closely with the broader Marketing and Account Management teams, you will translate data insights into effective campaigns, foster personalization, and help drive measurable results across digital touchpoints.

 

Responsibilities CRM and Email Marketing

• Review and continuously optimize CRM and email marketing strategies and execution

• Manage customer segmentation to ensure precise targeting and relevant communication

• Conduct ongoing consumer research to better understand customer behaviors and motivations

• Build and refine personas to guide personalized communication and campaign design

• Utilize relational data to create advanced customer segments based on booking behavior, frequency, and value

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and enable enhanced personalization strategies

• Conduct A/B testing and propose improvements for automation, personalization, and customer journeys

• Monitor CRM KPIs and report on campaign performance with actionable insights

• Support CRM-related requests and maintain continuity of campaign operations

Digital Marketing Services for Member Hotels

• Support the promotion, delivery, and execution of digital marketing services for Design Hotels™ member hotels

• Advise clients on digital advertising, email marketing, and campaign strategies tailored to their objectives

• Develop service proposals and assist in translating client needs into measurable marketing actions

• Collaborate with account managers, brand, and creative teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

• Contribute to the department’s overall digital marketing goals and service excellence

 

Experience & Mindset

• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, or related roles

• Proven knowledge in CRM systems, email marketing, campaign management, and automation workflows

• Analytical thinker with experience using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools to evaluate performance

• Experience in client advisory or sales-related work is a plus, ideally within hospitality or creative industries

• Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across multiple teams

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (German is a plus)
