Large windows, exposed concrete, warm wood, white linen curtains, and colorful kilim carpets set the tone for an inviting meeting place where guests, friends, and university colleagues gather.
Graffiti, art objects in the form of industrial pieces, and unique wall and light installations were inspired by the hotel’s university-town location. Standout design details include the burnt larch headboards, oiled oak floors, and original stone tiles from Italy that can be found in the restaurant.

A creative blend of bricks on the outside and exposed concrete and oak on the inside means that this newly constructed hotel sits in perfect harmony with the buildings that surround it.
The history of the former factory that once defined this part of Göttingen is reflected in the building’s architectural and design elements, which include such industrial-style features as lattice windows, black steel, and corrugated iron, as well as antique interior pieces that have been upcycled.
